While ActiveSeam retains the flat profile of the six thread flatlock stitch, it is 30% stronger when using the same thread, fabric, and SPI. Due to its low profile and flexible design, ActiveSeam 3 fits and moves with human bodies better than any other stitch. Next-to-skin garments will feel lighter, stretchier, and more durable with ActiveSeam® 3. The stitch uses a specialized threading to be soft on the inside but tough on the outside for maximum comfort and durability.
